Hope's Haven Food Pantry serves all of Union County.  We have our weekly distributions each Wednesday between the hours of 10am and 11am.

We offer a weekly food distribution, currently operating as a Drive-Through.  Families who financially qualify for TEFAP (The Emergency Food Assistance Program) will receive some different items from those who do not, but NO ONE is turned away.

We are one of the 2 Union County sites for the Senior Box and ElderShare Box.

Senior Box – This box is available to EACH SENIOR 60+ who meets the income guidelines. This food package will contain the following: 4 cans of vegetables, 2 cans of fruit, 2 bottles of juice, 1 canned meat, 1 non meat protein (i.e., peanut butter or dried beans), 1 carbohydrate (i.e., macaroni, rotini, spaghetti or rice), 2 boxes of cereal, and 1 box of lowfat milk. Instant milk will also be provided 6 times a year. In addition, you will receive a two pound block of low fat cheese. The Senior box is distributed on the 4th Wednesday of each month and is in addition to the regular weekly distribution. This is a monthly benefit and if you miss 3 distributions in a row you will be removed from the program.

ElderShare Box - This box is available to EACH SENIOR 60+ who does not meet the income guidelines above, but does meet the TEFAP income guidelines. This food package is very much like the Senior Box but does not contain cheese. The ElderShare box is distributed on the 4th Wednesday of each month and is in addition to the regular weekly distribution. This is a monthly benefit and if you miss 3 distributions in a row you will be removed from the program.
